1. Data controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by TEKİN Taş ve Ahşap Ürünleri İhracat İthalat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. 2. Personal data we process

• Contact form: full name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), country, subject and message; and, to prevent abuse, IP address, browser information and time of submission.
• Analytics (Google Analytics): only if you consent in the cookie notice; usage data such as pages visited, session duration, device and browser type, approximate location and online identifiers. IP addresses are anonymised.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

• To answer your requests and prepare quotations: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to entering into a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
• To prevent misuse of the form and keep the site secure: KVKK Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
• To analyse how the site is used: KVKK Art. 5/1 (explicit consent). Without your consent no analytics cookies are used.

4. Transfers

Your data may be shared with our hosting and e-mail service providers and, if you consent, with Google LLC (Google Analytics). As Google Analytics data may be processed on servers outside Türkiye, this transfer is based on your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9. Requests from legally authorised public authorities are reserved.

5. Retention

Contact form messages are kept for up to 2 years after your request is concluded and then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to learn the third parties to whom it is transferred, to object to processing and to claim compensation for damages. 7. Cookies

Essential cookies: used for the session and form security (CSRF); required for the site to work and do not need consent.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): loaded only if you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.
